All content, including but not limited to logos, visuals, branding elements, code, smart contracts, and text, is the intellectual property of Invisible ID and Mother Nature Corporation. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.

🧬 NFT and Token Licensing

By minting an Invisible ID NFT, you receive a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use the NFT for personal, non-commercial identity verification purposes within the Invisible ID ecosystem. This license does not confer ownership of the underlying software or biometric algorithms.

Staking or holding MDNA tokens does not grant copyright, equity, or control over platform assets, unless explicitly defined in future governance proposals or DAO frameworks.

💼 Commercial Use

Commercial use of Invisible ID assets (logos, contracts, integrations, biometric SDKs) requires written permission or a separate commercial agreement. API access and developer toolkits may be granted to approved partners under licensing terms.

📢 Trademarks and Branding

“Invisible ID,” “MotherDNA,” and the associated logos are trademarked and may not be used without explicit permission. This includes uses in marketing, merchandise, events, or social media.

⚖️ Violations & Enforcement

Violation of these licensing terms may result in immediate termination of access to services, NFTs, and staking rewards. Legal action may be pursued in cases of infringement or brand misuse.
