By accessing or using Invisible ID, MotherDNA, or any affiliated products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, mint an ID, or stake tokens.

3. Identity Use & Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your biometric data. Fraudulent scans, impersonation, or tampering with biometric readings is strictly prohibited.

4. Wallet & Token Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and funds. We do not store private keys or offer recovery services.

5. Platform Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. This includes token contracts, staking logic, dashboards, or services.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful, abusive, or exploitative activity including but not limited to fraud, spam, scams, or unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, code, and platform content belong to Invisible ID and its affiliates. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit testimonials, suggestions, or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the system, or pose a risk to the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform “as is.” We are not liable for damages or losses related to use, misconfiguration, token loss, or service outages.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
